Smart guy who understands the urgency of the situation. And I'm pretty much going to echo other reviews here. Wesley met me at my car within 15 minutes after talking to him on the phone. He gave me a reasonable price to program a new key fob for my 2012 model car. This allowed me to readily drive home instead of abandoning it for the night at a public parking lot where it possibly could have been towed. This quick and easy solution was definitely better than the drama of having a towed vehicle. Wesley's demeanor was calm, patient and confident. He asked me what I wanted to do instead of being pushing with his services. This gave me time to consider my options. Sometimes you just have to accept that things can go easily and appreciate the convenience;)

If I could give 10 stars I would. The service provided to get my car running was nothing short of amazing and outstanding. The service expert was resolute on solving my issue and literally said upon seeing my car being immobile that "I'm not walking away from this until your car starts." Let me backtrack to show you how desperate of a situation I was in when two of the previous locksmiths left me high and dry. I called KEYDECODE and found a locksmith that went above and beyond to find every possible solution to my problem which was a unique one. I will recommend this locksmith to everyone I know.

After going to the dealer with a complaint of the key fob on my mom's vehicle wasn't recognizing it with actually sitting in the driver's seat and being told there would be a $250 diagnostic fee... I decided to look up a locksmith (Keydecode) and see what and if there was a difference in cost and understanding the concern I had of it being my mother. The moment I called and got the technician (owner) he immediately tried to talk me through getting it done on my own (steps which I had already taken) So we decided I would come to him and within 7-8mins had the issue taken care of. Fast-forward to the following day my aunt mentions she needs and extra key just in case call same company, came to me with fob, cut key and programmed it on sight. Let's just say the $250+ I would've spent on one vehicle I got three done along with my own car battery dying while getting an extra key fob programmed... buddy was ready with the jump box to get me right!!! Get at Wes!!!!

This establishment is incredibly reliable and reasonably priced. I contacted them regarding an urgent matter, and they promptly arrived within 15 minutes. They efficiently installed two new key fobs in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, my old key fob was unable to be programmed, so they generously provided me with two replacements at a very affordable cost. I highly recommend their services due to their exceptional speed and reliability.

I needed a car remote programmed and after countless of calls I came across Keydecode LLC who got the job done quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. He showed me that he was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things I didn’t know the correct remote for car (Suzuki grand vitara). He was reliable and able to come to me. I got lucky when I called Keycode. On his way to make dinner with his daughter, the owner walked me through a system reset over the phone. Then, when that didn’t work he sent someone over who fixed the problem competently and professionally. An hour later I got a follow up call to confirm my problem was solved. Best lock smith ever ! He is very reasonable & super affordable. Every locksmith i called quoted me an outrageous price & he was the only one that gave a reasonable price, showed up on time & got the job done is less than 30 mins. Amazing experience! My husband and I were locked out of our home with our newborn in hand. Wes got here within 5 minutes of my call and they got us in the house within half an hour. Our situation was a bit tricky as my husband had already tried to drill through the lock himself and made the job more difficult. But with the try of a couple different tools, they got us right in!

Wow!!! Fast service is an understatement. I was doing my research on Keydecode days prior because I just knew my key fob would humble me one of these days and sure enough, it did.
